Participation conditions

Reception of the application forms for participation in the Forum is open.

The applications are being accepted till 30 September, 2008.

Variant 1. The Forum's participant.

1. The participant accreditation (individual badge, participant's business case, registration in the Forum's database

2. Participation in the work of plenary session, sections and round tables

3. Visiting exhibitions

4. Informational support of the Forum's participant

5. Publication of the information about the participant in the Forum's catalogue

6. Allocation of the information about the participant on the Forum's official site in the Internet

7. Participation in the official receptions according to the Forum's program, coffee-breaks

8. Organization of the cultural program

Registration of the Forum's participant is carried out free-of-charge.

To take part in the Forum as a Participant it is necessary to confirm your participation decision in writing having filled in the online application and also application А1 on the Forum's official site in the Internet .

Variant 2. The exhibitor of the Forum's exhibition.

The application forms for participation in the exhibition are accepted till 10 September, 2008.

1. The participant accreditation (individual badge, participant's business case, registration in the Forum's database

2. Participation in the work of plenary session, sections and round tables

3. Visiting of exhibitions

4. Informational support of the Forum's participant

5. Publication of the information about the participant in the Forum's catalogue

6. Allocation of the information about the participant on the Forum's official site in the Internet

7. Granting exhibition squares according to the chosen option (see application A3 )

Registration of the Exhibitors of the Forum's exhibition is carried out according to the cost of 1 sq. m of the exhibition square.

To take part in the Forum as an Exhibitor it is necessary to:

1. Confirm your participation decision in writing having filled in the online application and also applications А1, A3 on the Forum's official site in the Internet ;

2. Print the account and participation contract after filling in the application form;

3. Pay a registration fee for participation in the Forum till 2 October, 2008.

Cost of 1 sq. m of the exhibition square for Exhibitors:

Cost of 1 sq. m within the framework of section expositions

1000 rub.

Cost of 1 sq. m within the framework of out-of-section expositions

2000 rub.

Cost of 1 sq. m within the framework of out-of-section exhibition square with a surcharge for the exposition expansion

3500 rub.

The minimal option – 5 sq. m
